
Shot in 1989 on the island of Rapa Nui, with a wind-up 16mm Bolex camera, this tells the story of "The Islander"; a Moai-headed Easter Island maintenance man who hitches a ride to Los Angeles, where he encounters American fiberglass advertising giants and is chased by Primitive Art Hipsters who want to lop off his head.
