Overview

Shu Cheng, the daughter of the prestigious Shu family, is forced to disguise herself as a frivolous playgirl to conceal her talents, which pose a threat to the Emperor. She aims to elevate the remarkable Shen Ye to the status of a yiji, a high-class courtesan, but soon discovers that Shen Ye has multiple identities, making it challenging to differentiate allies from adversaries. Amid the tumultuous power struggles, the two must collaborate, but their conflicting identities turn them into the closest of enemies.
